General Terms & Conditions

1. Hotel standard check-in and check-out time is 1400 hrs and 1200 hrs respectively.
2. Prices are subject to change due to any increase in hotel costs, transportation charges, or new government taxes. Rates include only items mentioned in the itinerary.
3. Final pricing is applicable based on the rate of exchange (ROE) valid at the time of booking confirmation.
4. No refund will be provided for un-utilized services.
5. Package rates are valid only for the specified dates and room category. Changes will make the rates invalid.
6. Any itinerary or destination change after booking will attract additional charges. Guests must follow hotel and vehicle rules.
7. If the reserved accommodation is unavailable, an alternative of similar standard will be provided.
8. Maximum airport waiting time is 90 minutes from flight touchdown. Extra charges apply after 1 hour of delay.
9. Punctuality is required for tours and transfers. Waiting time is 5 minutes for SIC and 10 minutes for private transfers.
10. Interconnecting or adjacent rooms are subject to availability.
11. Amendments must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
12. Early check-out or shorter stays will be treated as cancellation with no refund.
13. No amendments (name, date, hotel changes, etc.) are allowed once booking is confirmed.
14. We are not responsible for additional costs due to uncontrollable events such as flight delays, natural disasters, political issues, or fuel price increases.
15. No legal liability is accepted for loss, damage, or injury during the holiday.
16. All journeys are governed by the respective service provider’s terms and conditions.
17. Guests must provide valid identity proof; fictitious bookings are not allowed.
18. Sightseeing depends on time availability and weather conditions.
19. Guests must carry all required travel documents including vouchers, tickets, and ID proof.
20. In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be provided, but time loss will not be compensated.
21. Hotels are selected based on budget; guests are advised to review hotel websites before confirmation.
22. City taxes, resort fees, tourist taxes, and parking fees are not included and must be paid directly by the guest.
23. Rates are based on the specified number of persons and are not proportional if人数 change.
24. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
25. Rates are based on group size; reduction in人数 may lead to price revision.
26. Rooms are subject to availability and offers are valid for a limited period only.

Booking Policy for Packages

1. 50% or full payment must be made at the time of booking confirmation.
2. 25% or full balance payment must be made 2 days prior to travel.
3. Remaining 25% or full payment must be made 1 day prior to travel.

Cancellation Policy for Packages

1. 10% cancellation charge if cancelled more than 30 days before the tour.
2. 25% cancellation charge if cancelled within 20 days before the tour.
3. 50% cancellation charge if cancelled within 10 days before the tour.
4. No refund for cancellations within 10 days of tour start or after the tour begins.
5. Transaction and currency conversion charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
